~ Why Are You Called Horse Tail Trails?
A couple members of the Horse Tail Trails Team were sitting in the shade in an apple orchard one lovely day, brainstorming possible names for the new website that was in the works. Like a muse of inspiration, a beautiful horse plodded by, seemingly on a mission to go find something, its long tail whipping back and forth as it passed by. As it moved away down the little dirt path between the trees, one person turned to the other and proclaimed "Horse Tail Trails!" Thus the name was born.
